Two ways to get an Assessment Code

1. Existing User

Have the golfer open the StockShot iOS app and navigate to Do an Assessment → On your own. Their personal code will appear.

2. New User

If the golfer doesn't have the app yet, fill out the form below. We’ll generate a unique code and you'll print it on a StockShot Assessment Card along with their results below.
